Lock n Store strives to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. We understand that sometimes items need to be returned or exchanged, and we want to make that process as easy as possible for you.
- Returns and Exchanges:
- We are not required to provide a refund or placement for products if you change your mind.
- We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt, if the product is defective.
- Items must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items, except for defective products.
- Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.
- Defective Products:
- If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately to initiate a return or exchange.
- We may require photographic evidence of the defect before approving the return or exchange.
- A defective product is one that:
- Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the product had they known about it;
- Is unsafe; and
- Is significantly different from the sample or description.
