Returns Policy – Lock n Store

Lock n Store strives to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. We understand that sometimes items need to be returned or exchanged, and we want to make that process as easy as possible for you.

 

  1. Returns and Exchanges:
  • We are not required to provide a refund or placement for products if you change your mind.
  • We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt, if the product is defective.
  • Items must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items, except for defective products.
  • Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.
  1. Defective Products:
  • If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately to initiate a return or exchange.
  • We may require photographic evidence of the defect before approving the return or exchange.
  • A defective product is one that:
    • Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the product had they known about it;
    • Is unsafe; and
    • Is significantly different from the sample or description.
